ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Hillsborough County Fire Rescue will help lead Florida Task Force 3 into Pinellas County to help with recovery efforts following Hurricane Helene. The task force will primarily focus on areas in Treasure Island and the intercoastal, fire rescue said in a news release. The task force is reportedly comprised of specially trained firefighters and paramedics from Hillsborough County Fire Rescue, the St. Petersburg Fire Department and Tampa Fire Rescue.
