The Mustangs of Las Colinas at Williams Square Plaza in Irving is celebrating its 40th anniversary. Created by Robert Glen and commissioned by Ben Carpenter, the sculpture features nine horses and took 7.5 years to complete. It has become a central landmark for the area.
