HARRISBURG – Flags rained down more than the actual precipitation on a soggy Severance Field, but Harrisburg still washed Carlisle away. The Cougars rinsed the Herd, 42-0 on Saturday despite drawing 23 flags for over 100 penalty yards. With the win, Harrisburg (5-1, 5-0) remains unbeaten in Mid-Penn Conference Commonwealth Division play.
