LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Lincoln Police arrested a man on Friday in relation to a shooting that occurred in Lincoln in September of 2022. According to court documents, 20-year-old Charees Loftin was arrested for second-degree assault, use of a firearm to commit a felony, possession of a stolen firearm and unlawful discharge of a firearm.
