Philadelphia police have made two more arrests in connection with last weekend’s illegal car meetups. A 20-year-old from Monmouth County, New Jersey and an 18-year-old from Pittsburgh are charged with risking a catastrophe and other crimes. Police said there were 11 incidents of illegal street racing, drifting, and other reckless activities throughout the city.
