A Decatur man was killed in a hit-and-run crash early Sunday morning in Lawrence County, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA). The incident occurred at approximately 2:40 a.m. on Sept. 29, when Matthew Anderson Ryan Kelley, 31, was lying in the roadway on Lawrence County 209, about 10 miles east of Moulton. Kelley was fatally struck by an unknown vehicle that fled the scene. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
