WEBSTER CO., Ky. (WFIE) – Webster County Sheriff’s Office officials are looking for a juvenile who ran away from a substance abuse treatment facility in Webster County. According to a Facebook post, 17-year-old Khalea Anessa Simpson’s mother contacted the Webster County Sheriff’s Office and reported Khalea walked away from the treatment facility on Friday.
