With all the big box furniture stores in the area, it can be hard to find a place that specializes in the little details and provides quality custom pieces. Medina-residents Jenny and Chris Moyse saw that need and are moving their furniture store, Woodforest Furniture, from Olmsted Township to Avon, 37211 Colorado Avenue (next to Dairy Treat). The store opened Sept. 30 with a grand opening celebration scheduled for Nov. 2.
