GOOSE CREEK, S.C. (WCIV) – One man is dead after a fatal accident at an industrial facility in Goose Creek, according the Berkeley County Coroner’s Office. The coroners office identified the man as 61-year-old Daniel E. McCoy of Summerville. McCoy worked for Century Aluminum, a global metals and mining company.
