COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – Dominion Energy announced estimated times for power to return to its South Carolina customers in the wake of Helene. The company described restoration and rebuilding efforts as “massive” and “labor-intensive” with about 2,000 employees working alongside 700 contractors to bring power back to South Carolina.
