A tragic collision involving a van and a semi-truck in Central Michigan resulted in the deaths of a mother and her two children, the Eaton County Sheriff’s Office reported; the accident occurred on Thursday evening near the intersection of Mt. Hope Highway and Cochran Road in Oneida Township. According to the report by Audacy, the collision happened when the van, traveling westbound, failed to observe a stop sign and was struck by the northbound semi, a third child and the truck’s driver were hospitalized with injuries not believed to be life-threatening.
