PHOENIX (AZFamily) – Two people are in the hospital, and a horse is dead after a crash in north Phoenix early Sunday morning. Around 1:45 a.m., Phoenix police were called to the area of 27th Avenue and Joy Ranch Road, just east of Interstate 17, for reports of a crash involving a horse.
