Investigators with the Omaha Fire Department said a grease fire got out of control and damaged several apartments Sunday. This was at the Fox Ridge Apartments near 108th and Maple just before 5:30 p.m. Investigators say a resident was cooking with grease in a bottom floor apartment and left the stove unattended. They say the fire spread quickly to the rest of that apartment and the ones above it.
