TOLEDO, Ohio – You never know when the scratch off game you have been playing for a while is going to pay off. That’s what happened to Toledoan Thomas Kaminski, who won $20,000 playing the Ohio Lottery’s scratch-off, Triple Red 777 at the Stop and Go on Eleanor Avenue in west Toledo.
