Major Alaska resource projects, and the land they could be built on, may be at stake in the presidential election. They include drilling in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge and elsewhere in Alaska, logging in the Tongass National Forest, and cutting a 200-mile road through Alaska wilderness to access the Ambler mining district.
