DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) – A Dauphin County mom plans to talk to lawmakers after issues arose surrounding her son’s hair at a private school in the county. Stephanie Robles says she wants the Crown Act passed, and after learning about a previous incident about the same school and hair, she’s not stopping.
