TRUCKEE, CA (News 4 & Fox 11) – Crews located and recovered the body of a drowning victim after an extensive 3-day multi-agency search effort at Donner Lake. The victim went missing around 3:30 p.m. on Sept. 25 when a canoe carrying him and another man flipped over in the middle of Donner Lake. A nearby windsurfer was able to save the other man.
