White Castle is planning to lay off nearly 100 workers after closing a Kentucky food distribution plant and an Indiana meat processing plant. It’s been a while since I’ve been to a White Castle, but that doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy a good slider from time to time. However, I can say that when I’m placing an order, meat processing and distribution normally aren’t top of mind. That said, White Castle has announced some significant company changes, which will undoubtedly impact folks in both Kentucky and Indiana.
