DALLAS – Dallas police are investigating a hit-and-run crash after a person using a wheelchair was hit and killed by a car, police said. Police responded to reports of a crash around 9:35 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 29 at Abrams Road and E Northwest Highway, Dallas police on the scene told WFAA.
