GREENSBORO, N.C. – A woman is dead following an apparent early morning stabbing, according to officers with the Greensboro Police Department. On Sunday, around 3 a.m., officers, along with the Greensboro Fire Department and Guilford County Emergency Medical Services, responded to the 2000 block of Randleman Road in reference to a cardiac/respiratory arrest call.
