BOISE, Idaho – The average price for a gallon of gas has declined by four cents in the Boise area this week, according to GasBuddy. With a new average price of $3.49 per gallon on Monday, prices in Boise area 13 cents lower than a month ago, and 61 cents lower than a year ago.
