Chick-fil-A celebrated the grand opening of its fifth Amarillo restaurant on Thursday, located at 58th Avenue and Georgia Street. The new addition brings approximately 100 jobs to the local community, expanding the popular fast-food chain’s presence in the area.
Amberly Kokolis, the independent franchised owner-operator of Chick-fil-A 58th & Georgia, expressed her enthusiasm for joining the Amarillo business community and providing a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
“As the local owner-operator of Chick-fil-A 58th & Georgia, I am committed to serving others and leading with care,” Kokolis said. “I am so excited to empower our team members to care for everyone who visits our restaurant!”
To celebrate the opening, Chick-fil-A, Inc. donated $25,000 to Feeding America to support hunger relief efforts through the High Plains Food Bank, a Feeding America partner organization. The donation will go toward providing critical resources to individuals and families facing food insecurity in the Texas Panhandle.
