STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – A Mariners Harbor woman wants the city to take action against the serial speeding that she says has plagued her residential street. Lisa, a resident of Simonson Avenue since 2003, claims that her street suffers from vehicles carelessly speeding up and down the block, at times reaching speeds of 60 to 70 mph.
