A trial date has been set for the man accused of killing two women in a crash on Interstate 70. The trial is set for Dec. 10 at 9 a.m. in Boone County. Prosecutors charged Walter Montejo, 26, with two counts of Involuntary Manslaughter, one count of Assault, one count of Driving While Revoked/Suspended, and one count ofOperating a Motor Vehicle Owned by Another Knowing Owner of Vehicle Has Not Maintained Financial Responsibility.
