MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – Thousands of Verizon customers are dealing with phone issues due to a nationwide outage Monday morning. More than 100,000 outage reports have been reported on and outage map from Downdetector as of Monday afternoon. The outage is leaving customers unable to make calls or send texts.
