TOPSAIL, N.C. (WITN) – The 35th Annual Autumn with Topsail is returning with 3 days of activities you won’t want to miss. The festival kicks off on Friday October 18th. Gates open at 5pm and The Notorious Clam Slammers will be performing from 6pm until 8:30pm. Saturday festivities kick off at 7:30am with a pancake breakfast and end that night with the North Tower Band performing until 8pm. Sunday festivities start at 8am and go until 3:30pm.
