BALTIMORE (WBFF) – Baltimore Police have not yet released a believed motive in a homicide case after 911 dispatch audio indicated a man was fatally shot while attempting to carjack a driver. Fox45 News obtained surveillance footage of a person running from that scene in southwest Baltimore September 28.
