MANSFIELD, Texas – The Mansfield Police Department has arrested three people for allegedly stealing $10,000 worth of merchandise from various stores across North Texas. On Sept. 26, Mansfield officers responded to reports of a shoplift in progress at the Market Street grocery store located at 3145 E. Broad St.
