Stolen car of man found dead in Tangipahoa Parish recovered in Baton Rouge

A person fled on foot after crashing a stolen car belonging to a man found dead in Tangipahoa Parish over the weekend, Baton Rouge police said Monday. The vehicle, a black Lincoln MKX, belonged to William Abraham, police said. Abraham, 69, of Baton Rouge, was found dead of blunt force trauma, rolled in tarp on the side of La. 51 between Fluker and the village of Tangipahoa, shortly before 8 a.m. Sunday.
