IDENTIFIED: Woman killed in vintage truck crash in Fowler

FOWLER, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – The woman killed while driving a vintage pickup truck in Fowler over the weekend has been identified by the Fresno County Coroner’s Office.

Police say the driver died in a single-vehicle crash on Saturday, shortly after 12:30 p.m. at Tuolumne and 4 th Streets. Officers say they arrived to find community members performing CPR on the woman driving the vintage pickup truck, that had collided with a tree.

The driver died at the scene. The Coroner’s Office has since identified her as 72-year-old Lauri Redell of Fresno.

Both the Fowler Police Department and the California Highway Patrol are investigating the incident.
