A Triad humane society is helping those affected by Helene in its own unique way. On Monday morning, the Forsyth Humane Society loaded up over 1,000 pounds of donations and sent it to Asheville, where they, along with Bissell Pet Foundation will work to distribute to the folks at Asheville Humane Society.
