KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – According to the Tennessee Department of Transportation, all Eastbound Lanes on I-40 at Papermill Drive are shut down after a multi-vehicle wreck. According to TDOT, the wreck is at Mile Marker 383.2 and has all Eastbound lanes closed, including the left and right shoulder of the road. Traffic is backed up to Mile Marker 381 near Buckingham Drive as of 8:45 p.m. EDT.
