OKLAHOMA CITY – The Oklahoma County Detention Center reported a record-low number of inmates, thanks to successful diversion programs, according to a newly released report. Overcrowding has been an issue inside the Oklahoma County jail, but the annual Criminal Justice Advisory Council report shows that the problem is improving.
