NES warns customers of bill increase after TVA rate hikes

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – The Nashville Electric Company is informing its customers that their bills may soon look slightly more expensive per month. NES is citing the Tennessee Valley Authority’s rate increase, which is effective on Tuesday, Oct. 1. This adjustment will bring the average residential customer’s monthly bill up by about $4 per bill.
