RUSKIN, Fla. – A 13-year-old Hillsborough County middle school student is charged after bringing a weapon to campus, deputies say. The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy received a tip at around 8 a.m. Monday that a student at Beth Shields Middle School was “spark testing” a taser at a bus stop.
