TOLEDO, Ohio – A man suffered severe injuries after a car hauler rolled over him in south Toledo on Monday morning. According to Toledo police, Mark Hoover, 61, of Thornville, Ohio, was the owner-operator of a semi car hauler. TPD said he had loaded two vehicles onto the car hauler around 10 a.m. in the 3600 block of Marine Road when it is believed he began to experience mechanical issues with the truck.
