A Forestville man has been sentenced to five years in state prison and two years post-release supervision for two counts of 3rd-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. Chautauqua County District Attorney Jason Schmidt says 29-year-old Tyler Davis was sentenced Monday by County Court Judge David Foley after pleading guilty to both Class B felony counts. Davis was arrested last November after an investigation by State Police and an indictment by a Chautauqua County grand jury. Davis was originally charged with two Class A-2 felony counts of 2nd-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance before pleading guilty to the lesser charges on July 30th.
