CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – An Iowa Teamsters union issued a warning on Monday about an imminent strike at Cargill. Teamsters 238 said on social media that negotiations have reached a critical point, accusing the company of refusing to meet fair and just demands of workers just as their contract is set to expire at midnight.
