DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) – Millions were in hurricane Helene’s destructive path. Some Central Pennsylvania groups have headed out to volunteer their services. One of those groups is the Mennonite Disaster Service (MDS). MDS is local to Lititz, but they have staff and volunteers all over the country, which comes in handy, as they go to help out North Carolina.
