An 18-year-old man was behind bars Monday on suspicion of killing a mother and seriously injuring her daughter and two other people in a drunken driving collision in Orange. Roberto Noe Monfil-Xitlama of Orange was booked on suspicion of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, according to Lt. Phil McMullin of the Orange Police Department.
