Syracuse, N.Y. – No arrests were made after police surrounded a house in Syracuse Saturday night after reports of shots being fired, police said. Syracuse police blocked off a house in the 1500 block of East Genesee Street after chasing a shooting suspect who hid inside the home. The incident closed East Genesee Street for more than two hours.
