The embattled mogul now has a Texas lawyer to worry about. As you know, Combs was arrested in New York on Sept. 16 and was denied bail after an indictment was unsealed, alleging Combs presided over many sexual crimes and blackmailed victims and witnesses through kidnapping, arson and physical beatings.
