(WIFR) – Bursting at the seams, Winnebago County Animal Services takes in 90 cats over the weekend, adding to their already packed numbers. Friday evening, a Winnebago County resident willingly surrendered dozens of cats, something adoption and volunteer coordinator Amber Pinnon says happens often when people get in over their heads with pets.
