(FOX40.COM) — A man has been arrested in the fatal shooting of a teenager in Stockton, the Stockton Police Department said.
Stockton police said BART Police arrested the suspect, 23, on Thursday.
On March 24, just before 9 p.m., Stockton police responded to a report of a person shot on Palisades Drive near Hammer Lane.
Officers found a 16-year-old with a gunshot wound who was then taken to the hospital where he later died.
