CINCINNATI (WXIX) – It is another gloomy morning with cloudy skies and some fog lifting around the area. We will see a few breaks in the clouds today. However, scattered showers are likely between 1pm and 9pm in parts of the Tri-State. This is from a cold front which will push the remnants of Helene east. Rainfall totals will be minimal, less than a tenth of an inch.
