Missouri American Red Cross Disaster Responders Provide Aid to Helene Victims

KANSAS CITY, Mo – Days after the landfall of Hurricane Helene, volunteers from across the country are continuing to respond to the southeastern United States. This includes more than 900 Red Cross disaster responders. A total of 23 American Red Cross disaster responders from Missouri have been deployed across Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and Tennessee. Among those are 12 from the Greater Kansas City and Northwest Missouri Chapter.
