TAMPA (BLOOM) – In honor of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, the dedicated and compassionate preschoolers at Primrose School of Bloomingdale and Primrose School of Lutz came together to make a significant impact for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital . With the help of their teachers and families, these young students raised an incredible $1,767 to support the life-saving work being done for children with cancer.
But the giving didn’t stop there. The students also put their creativity and hearts into action by crafting handmade cards for the young patients at St. Jude. Their colorful and thoughtful creations were filled with messages of hope, joy, and healing, aimed at bringing smiles to children facing life-threatening illnesses.
As part of the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum, these give-back initiatives teach students the importance of caring, sharing, and contributing to their communities. With the guidance of their teachers, the children not only learned valuable lessons in compassion but also saw firsthand how even small acts of kindness can make a big difference.
