A woman has died after she was hit by a vehicle in the parking lot of a grocery store in the City of Erie on Monday, according to Erie County Coroner Lyell Cook. It happened around 1:20 p.m. in the parking lot of Tops Friendly Markets at W. 38th and Liberty St.
