TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A banner honoring a local veteran is missing from Swanton, officials said. A post from the Village of Swanton on Monday said one of its Veteran Banners on the street light near First Federal Savings & Loan of Delta is missing. The banner honors Harold Bloom, a US Navy Officer from 1943-1945.
