Columbus Animal Care and Control advisory board holds meeting

COLUMBUS, Ga. ( WRBL ) — The advisory board of Columbus Animal Care and Control is holding a meeting on Monday at 4 p.m.

At about 5:30 p.m. on Monday, Columbus Consolidated Government announced there will be a press conference on Tuesday, Oct. 1 at 3:30 p.m. According to the city, this will pertain to Columbus Animal Care and Control.

Mayor Skip Henderson, Columbus Police Chief Stoney Mathis and Deputy Chief Lance Deaton are planning to be in attendance.
